Born in the capital of Mozambique, Maputo her style of music includes a mix of rhythms such as Marrabenta, Ragga, R&B and Hip hop. She is also notorious for her Mozambique style Dzukuta Pandža. For two consecutive years she was nominated as one of the most beautiful artists of Mozambique.
